Graphic Designer + Content Creator
Circa £28,000 per annum + healthcare + pension (depending on experience)
This is the ideal role for someone who is ready to make their mark with a dynamic and sector leading agency.

ING is looking to appoint a creative designer and content creator to support our team in developing high quality presentations, proposals and reports for prospective and existing clients as well as compelling content for digital channels.
In this new role, you will work closely with new business and account management teams to bring creative strategies to life. We are looking for someone who can produce bespoke, client-focused and eye-catching pitches, presentations and proposals, incorporating a range of visuals such as: photography, video, typography and graphics.
As a key part of our creative teams, you will be involved from the start in how we respond to client briefs and help bring new and exciting visual concepts to the table. The ability to understand the business requirements of a client brief is therefore essential as is the confidence to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
We are also looking for someone with a multimedia approach who can support our expanding digital communications team in the creation of original video, animations and infographic content.
The creation of high quality and visually striking pitches, presentations, proposals and reports
Generating and realising creative concepts and ideas in response to client briefs and requirements
Assisting colleagues in the creation of innovative and impactful content to enhance social media communications
Building and managing an archive of images, templates and videos to improve the overall efficiency of the agency in delivering future presentations and other client documents
Essential experience and qualifications:
Ideally, but not necessarily, educated to degree level in a related field
One to two years previous design experience – experience in designing and creating commercial presentations would be desirable
Excellent presentation and graphic design skills
Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, PowerPoint and Keynote is essential
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be confident enough to challenge more senior colleagues on creative concepts
The salary for this position is circa £28,000 per annum (DOE), plus pension, with full private healthcare on completion of a three month probationary period. ING Media is an equal opportunity employer.

£27,000 - £30,000 per annum + healthcare + pension
ING is looking for an energetic, organised and creative Account Manager to work with a wide range of clients.
As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role within the agency. You'll handle some of the agency’s accounts and be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies through a wide variety of channels including digital, building and managing relationships with clients and key contacts and creatively building on campaign plans at a tactical level.
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in PR + Communications, and be able to demonstrate how you have helped your clients improve their business and lift their profile.
Essential experience and attributes:
• A strong and demonstrable interest in design/architecture/property
• Experience in managing numerous accounts at one time
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
£24,000 per annum + healthcare + pension
ING is looking for a highly motivated, creative and confident Account Executive to work with a wide range of clients.
This is an excellent way to start a career in this evolving and fast growing sector. Your role will be to support our team, carrying out a wide range of administrative and research tasks and help in the day to day management of ING’s operations. It’s essential that you demonstrate a desire to develop a career in this field and have a basic knowledge of the media and PR industry, both in the UK and around the world.
Excellent written and presentation skills are a must, as is a sound understanding of social media – this is a company that’s all about communication, in all its forms.
